NEW PRODUCT LINE TO PROVIDE PRODUCTS FOR THE DUPLICATION AND MANAGEMENT OF NOTEPADS

FORT WAYNE, Ind., January 22, 2007 -- DBConnect Solutions, Inc. is pleased to
announce the introduction of a new line of office products to be marketed under the
dup-emT brand name. This new product line targets office workers and other users of
the ever-popular Post-It® Brand Notepads from 3M Corporation who desire a method to
quickly produce duplicate notes.

According to Roger Carter, President of DBConnect Solutions, Inc., \"Our market
research indicates there is a huge unmet demand to be able to make copies of
Post-It® Notes and notepads provided by other leading vendors. As useful as these
notepads are in an office environment, there is currently no product on the market
that allows for multiple copies of notes to be produced, or to be easily copied. It
is our intent to meet this market niche with a full suite of complementary products
under the dup-emT brand name owned by DBConnect Solutions, Inc. We have recently
completed our market research and product pre-planning activities, and we are now
working on bringing our intitial products to market.\"

DBConnect Solutions, Inc. expects to release its initial dup-emT branded product in
the third quarter of 2007. To protect its intellectual property DBConnect
Solutions, Inc. has submitted a trademark application to the United States Patent &
Trademark Office, serial number 77069969, to register the dup-emT brand of office
products. Relevant design patent applications are in process and their filings will
be announced at a later date.
